Taking care of the hair down there

Things to keep in mind when booking

Please note that you should not book an appointment, or should reschedule an existing appointment, if you are feeling unwell.

You will receive a 48hr reminder notification by text or email - keeping your contact information up to date will help greatly with this.

Please be aware that a 24hr cancellation notice is required - any non-emergency failure to do so will result in a 50% no-show fee unless your missed appointment can be filled again.

Arrive on time to avoid having your service shortened, if necessary. Any clients scheduled after you will appreciate this as well.

Before receiving any waxing services you absolutely must inform me if you are using skin-altering products such as Reninol (Retin-A), Accutane, concentrated Glycolic or Salicylic Acids, or if you recently received treatments such as laser skin resurfacing, skin bleaching or chemical peels.
I shall not be held liable if you withhold such information and your waxing service results in lifted skin layers. Consider alternatives such as shaving, tweezing or threading if any of the above applies to you.
On a related note, do not consider over-the-counter skin care products to be harmless just because they were purchased at a drug store. Be aware that any products claiming age-defying or wrinkle-diminishing effects are likely to contain ingredients that can interfere with waxing.

Speaking on behalf of all estheticians, please keep in mind that good personal hygiene and health is required for a visit, and particularly for Brazilian Bikini waxing appointments. Skin wipes and hand sanitizers are supplied for this purpose, or you might prefer to bring your own products to freshen up before your waxing service.

Lastly, I shall not be held liable for any damaged or missing personal items. Make sure you gather all your belongings when leaving after your service. Forgotten cell phones and jewelry have on occasion turned up in the bathroom and laundry.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
